deja vu

I was driking a coffee…

It was 10 in this morning and I was driking a coffee. Bill sit down in front of me. He told me “Hi! How are you?”. Californian always answer “fine thank you”, but this morning I answered “quite okay”.
We smiled. Then we began to talk about life.

He told me:

“If you take a photo of a detail of the face, for example focus of the noze of the person, you can say you made a portrait of the person. But when you see the picture you are not able to tell which was the colour of his eyes.
Life is sometimes like this…”

“I prefere to say ‘for now’ instaed of ‘it is’…”

Now it is 3PM, we spend 5 hours together.
I have an appointment with Bill, 60, tomorrow at 9.30 for another coffee…

Nice to meet him.
